This is one the Re-ment series that's worth buying the whole set because everything is so kawaii!! Even though these are sold as blind bags, they're are packaged in a pouch without any cardboard wrapper so it's pretty easy to determine each style by gently squeezing each pouch. So great for those who don't plan on buying the whole set but just don't squeeze so hard that the pouches are all crumbled or else it's difficult for the store to sell them. My favorites are the Chinese steamed pork bun and the ice cream cone. These keychains are the spongy squeezable so I don't really plan on using them as keychains because my keys might damage them. Plus, I don't want to get them dirty so most likely I'll hang one on my purse once in a while.

Paperchase Happy Noodle Goodies

I've been desperately waiting for this series to arrive at my local Borders since the day I saw their collection online. Paperchase is an UK company so online shopping is only for the UK residents. I just recently discovered this company through a friend. I only go to Borders once a while and I never visit their greeting cards/gifts section so I never realized there could be such cute goodies at Borders! This series is called "Happy Noodle" but there are not much noodle icons on the products but is still very Japanese-cute. Since this is kinda Japanese kawaii style, there are chopsticks and bento lunch containers also. Paperchase items are pretty reasonably priced. The laptop tote bag sells for $19.99, the rectangular melamine tray is $4.99. The mug is porcelain and is $7.99 (there's a box also). My favorite item from this series is the smiley noodle bowl w/ a lid! It's made of melamine and is $6.99. I'm thinking about getting the makeup pouch and the chopstick set to match my bowl!
